Cultivars and characterIt sits on a terrace in the East Rift Valley with the Tropic of Cancer running through, wide open, fogged at night. One of the most successful visitor tea areas in Taiwan — the tea is sweet and distinctive, but plenty of people come for the landscape. The three teas listed here use Daye Oolong and Jinxuan, none of them fired. Ruisui honey-scented black tea is made this way: leaves bitten by leafhoppers develop the honey note on their own.
