Cultivars and characterIt only works if the leafhopper gets there first: the bitten shoots are picked as one bud and two leaves, and the finished leaf carries fat white down in five colours — white, green, yellow, red and brown — with a natural honey and fruit aroma. One of the few teas where the pest is the point.
