WhereGangkou Village in Manzhou — the only place in Pingtung that grows tea

Cultivars and characterWuyi stock came first; later the growers were guided onto Taicha No. 12 and others. Southern heat, long sun and the downslope wind give a cup that starts slightly bitter and only then turns sweet. That order is the whole character of the tea.
