Cultivars and characterFulu picks early: its spring crop runs more than twenty days ahead of the west coast, and early-spring lots go fast. Up at Taifeng the cloud sits year-round, the day-night swing is wide and rain is plentiful; Qingxin Oolong, Jinxuan and Cuiyu grow on slopes that used to be daylily fields.
