Cultivars and characterCloud sits on it year-round and the day-night swing is wide; the bushes grow between cedar and bamboo. The liquor is a honeyed gold-green, rich in pectin, and carries the mountain in it — smooth and sweet on the return, with a faint cedar note inside the cold aroma. Thick fog most afternoons.
